Weekly schedule:
Mondays: Stay Zen Beginners Yoga, Wiggle & Giggle Toddler Dance, Dance & Fitness, Trigger Point Pilates, Taekwondo, Adult Kickboxing, and Forro Dance.
Tuesdays: Connor’s Toy Library, Tuesday Bingo Club, Get Up & Go 60+ Fitness, Southsea Sewn (1st monthly), Yogalates, and the Southern Ska Choir.
Wednesdays: Beating The Blues, Singercise, W.I. (1st & 2nd monthly), One Soul Yoga – Hatha, Knight Karate, Iyengar Yoga, and Pregnancy Yoga.
Thursdays: Iyengar Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, 50+ Dance & Fitness, RBL ‘Kit Bags Live On’ (4th monthly), Taekwondo, and Krav Maga Martial Arts.
Fridays: Pilates and the Bransbury Art Group.
Saturdays: Zumba.
Sundays: Endeavour Twirl Team, BMX Flatland Workshop, and Meditation (3rd monthly).
Looking for a Venue? We would also love to let local organisers know that we have great spaces available for hire 7 days a week (morning, afternoon, and evening). We offer a Large Hall (capacity 100), a Small Hall (capacity 50), and a Studio (capacity 22) at very favourable
