S.A.D. offers support to individuals and the friends and family of those dealing with the affects if stress, anxiety or depression. S.A.D Portsmouth's objective is to provide a support group that is FREE to all.
Opening Hours:
Our group meets every Tuesday at the Broad Oak Social Club between
19-30 - 21-30.
An open access group offering support to individuals and the friends and families of those currently dealing with the effects of stress, anxiety and depression. All over 18 are welcome to join us
