Portsmouth Rehabilitation and Reablement Team (PRRT)The Portsmouth Rehabilitation and Reablement Team is an integrated health and social care team the purpose of which is to provide responsive support for people whose needs have intensified, often as the result of an acute illness.

Portsmouth Victoria Nursing AssociationThe Charity provides help to local sick or disabled individuals who are also in financial need. One off grants may be made to purchase services or equipment which are not provided by either the state or the NHS and which will directly assist a person’s medical need or improve their quality of life. Support is also given to the Community Nurses by providing help with training courses, books and special equipment not normally funded by the NHS.

Rainbow TrustRainbow Trust provides emotional and practical support to families whose son or daughter is affected by a life threatening or terminal illness. This includes parents, carers, the unwell child, brothers, sisters, grandparents and help with extended family members to support each other.

ReboundRebound Group is a confidential, empathetic support group, caring about carers.
We offer support and assistance in both group and one-to-one counselling settings, as needed. The service is provided free of charge to carers and family members affected by a loved ones' drugs, alcohol and substance misuse and their associated mental health problems.
