Rebound Group is a confidential, empathetic support group, caring about carers.
We offer support and assistance in both group and one-to-one counselling settings, as needed.
The service is provided free of charge to carers and family members affected by a loved ones' drugs, alcohol and substance misuse and their associated mental health problems.
The group is run by members who have attended the group for many years. They are all suitably qualified, having accredited Working Therapeutically with Addiction certificates. They are also able to help because of their first hand experience - they have a family member in addiction themselves.

Opening Hours:
Our regular Group Support Meetings will now be held FACE TO FACE on the SECOND and LAST Tuesday of every month at the Portsmouth Carers Centre, Southsea. Join us from 7:00pm.
