We now run a chair yoga group on a Wednesday morning from 11am to 12 noon at Fratton Community Centre. With several of us staying on for coffee or lunch after the session at the Community Centre's very reasonable cafe. We run another seated yoga exercise group from 10.30 - 12noon on Mondays in the Community Room at Tesco Extra, Fratton Way, Portsmouth apart from the last Monday in the month which is a coffee morning from 10am - 12 noon.
