Looking for a friendly way to get outdoors, enjoy fresh air and meet new people? Our volunteer led walks take place all across the city, making it easier for you to start walking and staying active. Walking is a simple tonic for both mind and body - free, sociable and good for your wellbeing.
Our group is warm, inclusive and our walk leaders cant wait to welcome you. Whether your new to walking or just want some good company, you'll never be short of friendly faces.
How to join us:

• Turn up on the day - no need to book!
• Our leaders will help you register and get started.
We also offer specialist walks, including:
• Menopause support walks
• Mindfulness walks
• Routes across the city for all abilities
